CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

With programs such as Active Fit, Bootcamp, Boxing, Barbell classes and Circuits we have something for everyone regardless of your age, experience or fitness level. 

             BOOTY, BELLY, THIGHS

Every strong body starts with a strong foundation. This class has a focus on strengthening from the inside out by providing a functional core and super strong butt. Get ready to sculpt and tone!

             COACH'S CHOICE

 

Start your weekend the right way with a coach's choice workout.  This class will change every week with a combination of mobility, cardio, strength and endurance. Designed to bring a little fun back into your workout regime!

             BODY WEIGHT BOXING AND CARDIO

 

Fire up your metabolism with this fun combination workout! This class combines bodyweight shadow boxing and cardio exercises to produce a heart pumping workout. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions no partner boxing will be included in this class.

             STRENGTH

 

A group fitness class which will provide a total body, heart pumping aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more to provide a full body workout. Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions all participants will be allocated their own equipment for the duration of the workout. All participants will be required to sanitise their equipment prior to; and at the conclusion of each class.
