Here at integrate fitness in Daylesford we firmly believe that fitness is for life.  We build each training session upon the foundation of functional fitness in order to help you to achieve your goals, whether they be keeping strong as you age, staying active during pregnancy or rehabilitating from an injury.

We appreciate that no two members are the same and therefore we take the time to get to know you as an individual, including your strengths and weaknesses, motivations and the manner in which you like to train.  Providing this personalised service for our members ensures that we help you to reach your full fitness potential. 


Our group fitness sessions are energetic, supportive and varied - no two sessions are the same. 


Above all else we believe that fitness should be fun. We encourage laughter in every session and never take ourselves too seriously!

What started as my own health and fitness journey to lose weight and keep it off became a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves both physically and emotionally. It was this passion that led me to create integrate fitness in 2016. I quit my full time job in 2017 to focus my efforts on providing quality group fitness and personal training to the Daylesford community whilst raising a young family.  


I specialise in group fitness, pre and post natal training, mobility and functional training. 


My qualifications include:

  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training – having obtained Master Trainer qualification

  • Bootcamp Instructor Level 1 and Advanced

  • Master Functional Trainer certificate with the Functional Training Institute including:

I have always been interested in fitness and grew up idolising Jane Fonda and living the aerobics dream. As most people do, l found in my late 30's l lost focus on my health, whilst l was still active my main focus was now on my professional career. During this time l put on a considerable amount of weight and when l went into early menopause in my 40s doctors found that l had osteoporosis. 

I have a family history of osteoporosis and whilst being aware of the condition l didn’t consider myself as a candidate as l had always led an active life. Well it was now time for action! I started to take my health seriously rather than just for granted. My exercising increased along with a healthier eating lifestyle. I studied Personal fitness with the goal of helping older adults stay active and live life to the fullest through fitness.

My latest Dexa scans shows after years of constant exercise and correct diet you can reverse osteoporosis. 

My qualifications include:

  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training 

  • Instruct exercise for older adults
