Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas offer a host of benefits, including:

Whether you’re easing sore muscles or simply in need of a little “me-time,” this sauna session is your new best friend.

Accessing the Sauna:

The infrared sauna is available exclusively to active Integrate Fitness members as part of their commitment to strength, recovery and wellbeing.

Sauna sessions can be booked directly through Momence.

As session numbers are limited, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Cost:

$30 for a 30 minute sauna. (45 minute timeslot)

Contraindications for Infrared Sauna Use:

While infrared saunas are generally safe for most people, certain individuals should avoid or consult a healthcare professional before use.

Who Should Use with Caution or Avoid Infrared Saunas:​

  • Pregnant individuals: Infrared heat can raise core temperature, which is not recommended during pregnancy.

  • Children under 12: Children are more sensitive to heat and may not regulate temperature effectively.

  • Individuals with cardiovascular conditions: Including unstable angina, recent heart attack, or severe aortic stenosis.

  • Those with heat sensitivity or thermoregulatory disorders: Such as multiple sclerosis or anhidrosis.

  • People with silicone implants or prosthetics: Some materials may be sensitive to high heat; consult a physician or manufacturer.

  • Anyone with implanted medical devices: Pacemakers and defibrillators may be affected by infrared heat.

  • Individuals with certain skin conditions: Such as rosacea or eczema, which may flare with heat.

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs: These impair judgment and thermoregulation.

  • Individuals on medications that impair sweating or cause dizziness: Always consult a healthcare provider first.
