ABOUT INTEGRATE FITNESS
Built on Strength, Empowerment and Community
Integrate Fitness is a strength and movement studio dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence and resilience through expertly coached training in a supportive community environment.
While our community is primarily made up of women, we welcome anyone who values respectful training, supportive coaching, and a structured approach to building long-term physical capability.

WHY INTEGRATE FITNESS EXISTS
Integrate Fitness was created from a simple belief: movement should help you feel stronger in your life, not just in your training.
Too often, exercise environments feel overwhelming, impersonal or inconsistent. Integrate Fitness exists to offer a different experience — structured, supportive coaching that helps people build confidence and long-term physical capability.

ABOUT ME
Beth Whiting - Founder, Integrate Fitness
Integrate Fitness began through my own journey in the fitness industry, where I saw firsthand how many people felt disconnected from traditional gym environments.
After years of working in group fitness and coaching, I realised I wanted to create a space that felt more personal, more supportive, and more structured — where people could actually learn how to train with confidence.
Over a decade later that vision has grown into Integrate Fitness: a purpose-built studio focused on strength, movement and community.
The opening of our new studio marks the next chapter — a dedicated space designed to support consistent, high-quality coaching and a strong community culture.
I have competed in numerous Girevoy (Kettlebell) Sport State and National Championships as part of Girevoy Sports Australia. I have qualified to represent Australia as part of the Australian National Kettlebell Team from 2020 - 20205. I have achieved the rank of Candidate Master of Sport in the 20kg One Arm Long Cycle 10' and 30' events and the 20kg Military Snatch. I have represented Australia at the WKSF World Championships in Hungary in 2023 and in 2025 I competed in the Elite Divisions in Italy, winning gold for Australia in OALC - 30 minute Women's Elite division. My most proud moment was receiving a World Record at the 2023 WKSF World Kettlebell Championships for my 30 minute one Arm Long Cycle lift.
My Philosophy
I believe training should be:
-
Structured, so you always know what you’re doing
-
Supportive, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone
-
Progressive, so you can see and feel real improvement
-
Sustainable, so it supports your life long-term
Most importantly, I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in how they move and train, regardless of where they are starting from.
