PERSONALISED MOVEMENT APPRAISALS

Every new Integrate Fitness membership includes a one-on-one Personalised Movement Appraisal. 

 

During this session we spend time to identify any restrictions you have within your body. After the appraisal you will be prescribed a Personalised Mobility Program which will include exercises to help bring short term relief and long-term mobility allowing you to regain quality of movement throughout your entire body. 

 

The Personalised Movement Appraisal will leave you feeling smooth and open like a well-oiled machine.

READINESS

Every session commences with a 'Daily Readiness Questionnaire'.

This questionnaire is designed as a daily barometer of your capabilities on any given day. It allows your coach to tailor your session accordingly to take you one step closer to your goals with every session rather than drive you further from your goals.

MOBILITY

It is said that mobility is flexibility you can control. Our goal is for all our clients to be able to move through a range of motion with stability and free of pain. 

Every session commences with a full body mobility warm up which is individually tailored using exercises prescribed in your Personalised Movement Appraisal.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Our training model is based on functional movements which closely emulate the movements you perform in daily life and sport. This creates greater strength which can be integrated more effectively into your everyday life outside of the gym.

3D LOADED MOVEMENT TRAINING

Life doesn't happen straight up and down, nor should our training. At Integrate Fitness we train our bodies in the way they were designed to move - in three dimensions. This means moving loads through gravity in ways which mimic life and sport. The added bonus is that it also maintains open, strong and mobile bodies.

PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING

Being pregnant can cause a lot of stress on your body. Having an active "fit" pregnancy helps you manage weight gain, reduce aches and pains, and help grow a healthy baby.

 

Concentrating on pelvic floor, functional strength and movement patterns and labour preparation, these sessions will help you prepare for the stress of childbirth whilst building the strength required to care for your bundle of joy upon their arrival.

Our aim is for you to feel supported throughout your pre and post natal journey.
