PERSONALISED MOVEMENT APPRAISALS

Every new Integrate Fitness membership includes a one-on-one Personalised Movement Appraisal. 

 

During this session we spend time to identify any restrictions you have within your body. After the appraisal you will be prescribed a Personalised Mobility Program which will include exercises to help bring short term relief and long-term mobility allowing you to regain quality of movement throughout your entire body. 

 

The Personalised Movement Appraisal will leave you feeling smooth and open like a well-oiled machine.

READINESS

Every session commences with a 'Daily Readiness Questionnaire'.

This questionnaire is designed as a daily barometer of your capabilities on any given day. It allows your coach to tailor your session accordingly to take you one step closer to your goals with every session rather than drive you further from your goals.

MOBILITY

It is said that mobility is flexibility you can control. Our goal is for all our clients to be able to move through a range of motion with stability and free of pain. 

Every session commences with a full body mobility warm up which is individually tailored using exercises prescribed in your Personalised Movement Appraisal.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Our training model is based on functional movements which closely emulate the movements you perform in daily life and sport. This creates greater strength which can be integrated more effectively into your everyday life outside of the gym.

ACTIVE FOR LIFE CLASS

Active for Life is a welcoming and inclusive group fitness class designed for older adults, beginners, and those returning to exercise. This low-impact session focuses on building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in movement. With a variety of exercise options to suit all abilities, injuries, and stages of life, you'll be supported in finding the right level for you. Whether you're looking to improve daily function, regain strength, or stay active for the long haul, this class will help you move with ease and feel your best—now and in the future!

KETTLEBELL SPORT COACHING

If you're ready to take your lifting to the next level then why not try some Kettlebell Sport Coaching

PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING

Being pregnant can cause a lot of stress on your body. Having an active "fit" pregnancy helps you manage weight gain, reduce aches and pains, and help grow a healthy baby.

 

Concentrating on pelvic floor, functional strength and movement patterns and labour preparation, these sessions will help you prepare for the stress of childbirth whilst building the strength required to care for your bundle of joy upon their arrival.

Our aim is for you to feel supported throughout your pre and post natal journey.
